If there is a production issue or challenge that arises, we will immediately notify you of any modifications that need to be made in the delivery time. If you are getting a video for a product launch, grand opening or any situation that is time sensitive, it is imperative that you get your order processed in time enough for our team to work its magic.

How Do I Know What Content To Provide?

Certain video productions involve you providing us with written content and/or information about your company or product. When that is the case, we provide you with content templates. All you have to do is fill in the blanks and we’ll take it from there.

Who Do We Make Videos For?

If you need to send us photos, stock footage or any other documents, we use DropBox.com to upload and download files. It’s a positively safe and secure method of collaborating with our clients all over the world.

What Are The Best Photos Image Sizes And Types For Videos?

As far as photo images go, the minimum size is should be at least 640 x 480; anything less will appear somewhat grainy and even pixilated or worse. If you stay with images in the 900 x 600 and up range, you will be fine. As far as logos go, we need .png files that have a transparent background. Once we receive your images, we will vet them to make sure that there are no issues.

How Are Video Whiz Pro Videos Delivered/Rendered?

We deliver/render our completed videos in mp4, 1080p, using H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Advanced Video Compression. If you have other requirements, please contact us prior to ordering. We should be able to accommodate you, however, it is best to confirm in advance. That being said, once your final videos are completed, they are ready to be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, FaceBook and many other video sharing websites.

What About Revisions?

Although we attempt to work at perfection every single second of every day, sometimes thing happen beyond our control. When that happens, there are revisions. Once we deliver your videos, the inspection period begins and ends; that period is 72  to 96 hours.

In that time, we allow “1” revision that can be defined as a “Correction.” In other words, a correction being a mistake our team made. If you desire changes not classified as a correction, they are billed at $25.00 per change. Please contact us with any issues or concerns because we aim to please.
