Delivered your order but it was Significantly Not As Described. PDF file is document classified as a “Portable Document Format” that is a non-tangible irrevocable good.
Product And Products means any non-tangible irrevocable good that we provide;
Services means any service that we provide;
Videos refers to videos produced by our production team, be they sales videos, SEO videos or video infomercials;

You, your, customer, client and buyer means any person or entity using our services or ordering our products.

3.1. This Agreement is a contract between You and Us, setting out the terms and conditions, which apply to Your use of Our Services and the purchase of any product that we provide.
3.2. The following policies are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and provide additional terms and conditions related to specific Services we offer.
3.3. If you disagree with any portion of this Agreement, or if you do not want to be bound by this Agreement, you must stop using or services and refrain from ordering any products or services from our website.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. Because VideoWhizPro.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and services, we do not issue refunds once the order has been placed and processing has begun on our end. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this policy prior to purchasing any service or product from our website.
4.2. This policy is in place because we only sell digital goods in the form of: custom videos, SEO videos and other custom graphic designs as well as SEO services such as website creation, blog creation and content creation.
4.3. Since these products and services are irretrievable after they have been custom made, we do not provide refunds.
5. Exceptions To Our Refund Policy
5.1. We realize there may at times, exist an anomaly that can take place with regard to the nature of doing business online. Consequently, we DO honor requests for the following reasons:
a. We never delivered the product or service to you.
b. The file(s) we sent to you contained permanent or severe defects that could not be remedied by our Support Team.
c. The product or service we delivered to you was not as we clearly described on our website.
d. You were unable to download the files we sent you due to issues that we are responsible for, (i.e., we had server issues, we sent you files that were incapable of being opened by anyone or the file(s) we sent you was not as we described and we failed to replace said file.
5.2. Any decision concerning any potential refund is subject to the discretion of VideoWhizPro. As such, we may require proof of defects; which can include but not be limited to screenshots of errors received, TeamViewer sessions, etc. We reserve the right to make every attempt to ensure that we have done everything in our power to assist each buyer prior to considering a refund as an option.
5.3. VideoWhizPro has a Support Team that is ready, willing able to provide buyers and clients with the utmost assistance. Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, Eastern Standard Time. Our offices are closed during the weekends and legal holidays. Generally speaking, we respond to support requests within 24 to 48 hours barring any conditions beyond our control, (e.g., acts of nature, power outages, etc.)

Please note that VideoWhizPro does not bear any responsibility for any incompatibility of our services or products with any third-party software applications such as but not limited to: (scripts, plug-ins, modules, Apps, applications, search engines, add-ons, editing programs, graphic design programs, extensions, third-party websites, etc.) other than in cases where we specifically state and/or specify that we guarantee the operation or functionality of a third party software application or website. Therefore, we do not offer any refund requests based on issues with third party software applications, implementations or websites that are beyond our control.

Duly note; please make sure that your refund request does not contravene any portion of our Agreement.
